Tiger or Cat?

this Tiger, I think it's so adorable.
Char insists that it's a 'Bloody Cat'
pretending to be a Tiger & going,

Friday the 13th didn't work it's
magic today. Dragon boating went
well & I got myself a pretty tan. (:

Thinkin of the day,

Sometimes, sitting back & just
looking /listening to what goes
on around you can be somewhat
rewarding. It drives me to think;
to generate quiet superstitions in
my head. Gracious, i sound evil.

Take this random thought:
Does your friends shun the
opportunity to defend you in
your absence?

This draws on me emotionally
when i need my friends the most.
It's like trying to climb a mountain
by yourself with nobody holding
the rope for you, or some kind of
analogy like that.

Seek stability before you make
your jump. In order to preserve
your current relationship with
someone, don't speak ill of them
in their absence. It's better to be
trusted & respected than to be liked.
All of these profound stuff. Sure.
It sounds good to me these days.

I hate to appear predictable or asinine.
& I hate the fact that whenever i choose
to 'close one eye', I'm being shortchanged,
taken advantage of. Don't play with fire.
Comeupance; one's just desserts.

All i want to say is reflected on this
one phrase.

I've decided to make some personal
changes in my life. Mainly, try to soften
my edges. Trying to understand my
relationships, trying to work out
differences & synergize. This means
i have to be more tactful with what
i say & stop being so sarcastic.
Or this is how i interpreted it.
I'll try being nicer, if you try
being smarter.

It's going to be a challenge.
I don't tell you things you
want to hear. I don't want to.
But i'll give it a shot anyway.
